Following are the brief resumes of the key individuals in our firm who will be responsible for the quality and delivery of our services.

Amin Samara – Chairman

Amin Samara is one of the founders of the firm and has more than 30 years of experience in providing audit and assurance services to businesses across a broad range of industries including hotels, insurance, manufacturing, and service entities.

Prior to the foundation of Arab Professionals, Amin was the executive regional partner in one of the leading audit firms in the region.

Amin is a Certified Accountant (ACCA) of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants in U.K, Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Jordanian Certified Public Accountant (JCPA)

Ibrahim Hammoudeh - Managing Partner

Ibrahim joined the firm in 2000 and before that he worked for a period of five years with one of the big accounting firm worldwide.

Ibrahim has wide experience in providing assurance services to businesses across a broad range of industries including banks, hotels, insurance, manufacturing, and service entities. Further, he has experience in conducting due diligence and valuation assignments for companies under restructuring and privatization. He has in-depth knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards as well as International Standards on Auditing.

Ibrahim has an MBA in Professional Accounting from USA. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Illinois, USA, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Forensic Certified Public Accountant (FCPA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Level 3 Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and Jordanian Certified Public Account (JCPA) 

Ata Nazer - Advisory Partner

Ata’s professional career spans over executive positions in marketing, business development, country, multi-country and general management, with global Fortune 500 and privately held companies, including Novartis AG, Accenture, as well as group companies, while being based Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Jordan. He has extensive experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Consulting, and ICT industries, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, performance improvement and strategic planning projects in MENA markets, and had held several board appointments in public companies in Jordan.

Ata has BS Degree in Accounting from Strayer University, Washington D.C. and MBA from Marymount University, Arlington, Virginia.

Ata has over twenty years of practical experience in the fields of pharmaceutical and healthcare with practical operational experience across the industry value-chain.

Fahed Hammoudeh - Assurance Partner

Fahed has fifteen years of practical experience in the fields of External and Internal auditing. Throughout his career, he has supervised the design, implementation, and evaluation of internal controls and the implementation of Risk-Based audit methodology in a number of well-known organizations in Jordan.

Fahed has BS Degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Illinois, USA, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Forensic Certified Public Accountant (FCPA), and Jordanian Certified Public Account (JCPA)

Jehad Abu Odeh - Tax Partner

Jehad joined Arab Professionals in 2000 andbefore joining the firm he worked for a period of 18 years at the Income and Sales Tax Department in Jordan and left the Tax Department in 2000 as the Head of the Public Shareholding Companies Division.

Jehad possesses extensive knowledge of the Direct and Indirect tax laws in Jordan and In-depth knowledge of tax procedures, rules and regulations.

Jehad, who began his career with Tax Department in Jordan, currently works with a wide range of major international and local corporations. He has an extensive knowledge of corporate tax issues and has advised on numerous corporate transactions in Jordan. His clients include major corporations operating in the financial services, manufacturing, and consumer goods industries.
